This is a crystal filled raw specimen of Azurite and Malachite. This piece is from Morocco. Both of these minerals are very soft coming up at only a 4 on the mohs hardness scale. Azurite is formed by oxidized copper. It helps to open up one to intuitive gifts. Malachite is also a copper mineral and was one of the first to be used as an ore of iron; however today it is much less commonly used. Malachite is a stone of transformation and abundance.
